Children Makes A Living Out of Trashed Plastic Bottles

I encountered these two boys one afternoon while we were taking our usual break.

I was actually surprised to see them looking for something in the trash can behind me. I mean, i did not know they were there until I heard a plastic bottle fell making a loud noise

there they were, these two kids, all dirty, looking shabby and very tired. Seems like they were around 8 and 10 years old. They just smiled when I tried taking photos of them.

I immediately felt sad for them. I mean, there I was just taking a break, drinking my favorite Fit and Right Juice (even gave my empty bottle to them) and they were there trying to find something inside the trash – something that will help keep them alive or to keep them from getting spanked by their parents who unfortunately are poor. So poor enough to let their beloved children work for survival.

This makes me constantly think how lucky I have been to be born outside their conditions. I mean, I dress and eat right… but them, gee, i could only imagine.

So be happy and content with your life i guess.
