Pasalamat pa nga sila binayaran ko pa yun kinain namin ng mga kapatid ko.. it’s my third time to eat sa Bar-B-King sa may MEGAMALL with my friends and family and this is my first time na sobrang may mambastos samin… The name of the CREW who served us is MARRELL VISITACION, beware na lang kayo.. Also, mukha ngang dinumuhan pa nila yun food namin dahil nagtatawanan lahat sila everytime na sumusubo kami kaya di talaga namin inubos yun food.. NAPAKA-unethical ng ugali nila at mga bastos tlaga…

    We sincerely thank you for your feedback. This is from Bar-B-King Corporate Office. We are truly truly sorry for what you experienced in our Bar-B-King branch and we will never tolerate such behavior. In fact, all our service staff undergo ten (10) days of classroom training including value formation and another (10) days in actual site training.

    As of this writing, the staff that you reported Ms. Marell Visitacion was summoned and was asked to report to our corporate office today August 22, 2011 along with the branch supervisor and branch manager. A full-blown investigation will be done and the you shall be furnished the results of the investigation. Rest assured that this incident shall not go unnoticed and those responsible shall not go unpunished.
